This is a lacrosse online playbook for coaches primarily in the youth leagues. It is an actual Lax Playbook I created and used successfully for winning seasons. It was used when coaching boys up to the age of 14 years old. It can be used at any level since it covers and implements the basic formations that every lacrosse player must know in order to become an advance player later in his career.
